A fragment of a figure hovers in space, the only point touching the ground is her hand. That reaching arm has mutated and elongated, extending to twice the length of her other arm in its attempt to grasp at a landscape of thread. Threads also swirl within her ‘skin’ which alternates between translucent white and a bruised shade of blue. The multi-colored threads break through the surface in areas, creating a sense of disintegration. She is hollow, yet also full of layers of thread, much like the way loss can make you feel empty and yet simultaneously too full of all the memories.
